First person Project Zomboid is WILD. I'm really excited to see where PZ3D ends up. I'm a huge fan of Zomboid and seeing the world from this perspective is incredible.

First person Project Zomboid is TERRIFYING with sprinters on. I might need to do an actual run with this mod instead of just walking around. This is wild.

Finally found a good spot to show this Destroyer Thruster tech! (Not game-breaking, I promise.) If you let go of your movement inputs while thrusting, you won't clamber. That means you can ramp up certain surfaces! For clarity, your inputs should be: - (whatever movement you need to set up) - Thruster - AFTER Thruster starts, let go until you collide with the object and go airborne. If all goes well, you'll just pop up like I do. You probably don't even need a smooth ramp, you could realistically abuse some map geometry for some cool jumps. I used these blue tank things as an example, but I'd be willing to bet you could slam yourself into a ton of different objects for easy air. I'll need to do more testing. This feels really similar to some old tricks you could with Halo Reach's evade. It's pretty cool being able to apply old Halo knowledge here on Marathon. Anyway, let me know what you think!

If you're thinking about buying Marathon but were hating on it before... Just come play with us. So many people were unsure about Marathon going into it. Yeah, we were all confused about this game being yet another extraction shooter, but Bungie really delivered an incredible experience. You were right to be hesitant, 100%. But I think we're all seeing that Bungie is stepping outside of the usual extraction shooter tropes to create something that's unique. If someone tries to give you a hard time for revising your opinion based on new information, tag me and I'll yell at 'em for you. Come play Marathon! Video below is a blue-tier agility + knife speed kit that I ran last night (until I charged a duo with snipers.)

Here's the gameplay I promised! I really hope y'all like our gameplay as much as y'all do the menus. Ringfall is still early in development, but we're already having fun.

If you Alt + F4 when you go down, I'm going to clip you every single time. This kill isn't impressive, the loot isn't great, but the ragequit? That's the juice. That's the gas. That's why I'm here. Back to the lobby? No bud, back to desktop.
