The company that built the Gov Bike shed, was never mentioned by the OPW. The former owner of this company gave a corporate donation to the Minister for Public Expenditure. Pascal Donohoe did not register this donation with SIPO. Pascal met with the owner of the company the same month as the company won the OPW contract. The owner sold his 50% share the following month the contract for a profit of €17million.
