December 16, 2025, it will be 15 years since Alhaji Sikiru Ayinde Barrister Omo Agbaje died. Leaving a lasting legacy -FUJI, a genre of music that’s shaping the entertainment landscape globally. Coincidentally, he “officially” entered the professional music scene 60 years ago -1965, as young boy before becoming a full-time musician after the Nigerian Civil War, releasing his first LP in 1966.

It’s been 33 years since Alhaja Simbiat Atinuke Abiola (RIP) wife of Late Chief MKO Abiola died. Sikiru AYINDE delivered one of the best dirge in her honour on the side B of the album “Dimensional Fuji”. The song was delivered in the traditional Wọ́rọ̀ music genre which is peculiar to Egba people in Abeokuta.
