UPDATE. Erika McGriff pled guilty in July to Battery on a police officer. She was sentenced to: •120 days in the Duval County Jail •12 months of community control •50 hours of community service •Completion of an Anger Management course •Completion of the Batterers Intervention Program •Completion of the Choices & Consequences course •A letter of apology to the victim officer It’s worth noting that she was represented by Ben Crump; she was arrested after this incident for simple battery, marking her tenth arrest. She’s now a convicted felon.
