Forward sales of crude to local refineries. 3. Price Modulation 4. Removing illegal levies 5. More direct support. Conditional cash transfers. 6. Faster CNG roll out 7. Excess profit Tax (under consideration). This is targeted at businesses within the energy value chain exploiting consumers 8. Less red tape 9. National strategic fuel reserve. 10. And I believe this was why Desmond wanted out, according to his recent statement. Untop of that, he has consistently shown he lacks the ability to manage people. From his time as governor under APGA to PDP, LP, ADC, to where he currently is.
