What you feel during Starship launch is both sound waves AND pressure waves. IFT 10 was the first where SpaceX allowed employees on the Starfactory front lawn less than 2 miles away and it looks and feels so cool to see what you helped build liftoff from that close! Ad Astra! 🚀

You can visit and get this close to SpaceX Starships and Super Heavy boosters down at StarbaseTX . Just steps away from these feats of engineering that will take humanity to Mars. This was S34 headed to the pad for IFT-8.

Things and stuff headed to the construction site across from the launch towers at Starbase. These will allow SpaceX to produce large amounts of LOX and LN2 on site instead of trucking it all in.

Test flight 11! Booster 15-2 and ship 38 heading up!

We live in a time where brilliant teams figured out how to catch what amounts to a 20 story building coming back from space. It’s only going to get more exciting.

Flight 12 should inspire everyone but I really hope it inspires kids. Limits can be pushed, dreams achieved, detractors and critics can be proved incredibly wrong. Let’s go to the moon to stay. Let’s go to Mars to stay. Let’s explore the universe.

This is when I decided I wanted to work SpaceX . 6 years ago today Crew Dragon Demo-2 took flight and I was there at KSC with family to watch.
