BREAKING: fired and decertified, former trooper Michael Proctor has invoked his 5th amendment privilege and will NOT be taking the stand. Funny how some can talk so much shit but then not say it face to face with the community members he targeted. Once a coward....

Interesting! As I was researching, I came across a March 12th, 2024 hearing which was a pre-trial conference for the first Karen Read trial. This hearings focus was Read's motion to dismiss and the Federal investigation into the death investigation of John O'Keefe. Judge Cannone confirmed that she read the supplied Federal documents and explicitly states: "I see now how the Federal investigation began and when it began." But you know what she didn't say after this? That she had "grave concerns" over a conflict of interest between Read and the Federal investigation. Not once did Cannone express any worry over the information she was given about the beginning stages of the physical DOJ investigation. This, of course, was a judge who would later in 2025 become so upset about potential communications and payments of federally-hired experts ARCCA and Read's team that she would shut down a hearing and have to come back for a separate hearing on that matter. Had Cannone had any inkling that the "reason" the Feds investigated was due to Karen Read's "friend" Anne Paruti, or the Spanish Honors Society, or Pinterest, we would likely see that same grandiose display of concern. Instead, she simply confirmed that she knew why and when the Feds stepped in and showed zero "grave concerns". AKA it was a non-issue. And it is currently only now a conspiracy because people, who have filed a lawsuit against Read, seemingly need to deflect from all of the shady shit they have done surrounding the events of January 29th, 2022.

I find it fascinating that the attorneys representing the HAM plaintiffs, and their online cohorts, are bringing up the FBI Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory (RCFL) when discussing phone evidence. Because one of the HAMs themselves, Brian Higgins, actually used that resource for his own phone. On January 30th, 2022, Higgins called his "best friend" ATF Agent Matt Kelch, who Higgins described as being good with the "phone stuff." He asked Kelch how he could "pull text strings off (his) phone" so he could provide them to state police. For timeline-wise, this phone call occurred one day after the death of John O'Keefe. Kelch walked him through it, and Higgins went to the FBI RCFL facility and used a kiosk on the first floor to extract selected information from his phone. Flash forward to September 22nd, 2022 when Karen Read's defense team publicly sought an order requiring Higgins to preserve his phone for forensic examination. Six days later, with the preservation order about to be served, Higgins got a new phone and changed his number. The next day, September 30th, he is officially served. Higgins was eventually interviewed by federal prosecutors in May of 2023 and discussed what he had done with the phone. During this portion of trial testimony, it is revealed that Higgins had removed the "cut or broken" SIM card from his original phone, possibly destroyed that same phone and threw away the two items at two different dumpsters on a military base. It was also testified to that he was eventually placed on desk duty, but the public record doesn't establish why. Could his use of a federal forensic resource in the RCFL building to extract information from his personal phone have played a role? I don't know. But considering Higgins' lawsuit against Karen Read and Aidan Kearney includes claims involving his employment and professional reputation, discovery could potentially shed light on why he was placed on leave/desk duty, what his supervisors knew about the phone, and whether those events were connected. Maybe future filings will finally answer that question. 🫠

So refreshing, and incredibly validating, for all of us living in the county, to hear Emily D Baker's take on what's currently happening (and has been for decades) in Norfolk. Michael Proctor's misogynistic texts, that he read in the first Karen Read trial, were woefully excused as "locker room talk". Some of these individuals went as far as emailing the DA's office and top political heads within Massachusetts when Proctor was initially suspended - claiming his messages didn't mean what they really said and shouldn't be used against him. Some of these individuals also claimed he would never plead the fifth.. and of course, blamed Karen Read. But flash forward to now, not only did Proctor lose his job and ability to be a cop in Massachusetts ever again - when called upon to testify, his attorney said he will plead the fifth (likely because he could, and would, incriminate himself). All of this happening because a cop - Boston Police Officer John O'Keefe - was murdered and a group of connected individuals wanted (or needed) to cover up what actually happened on January 29th, 2022. And the system ever since has been unraveling. Case after case after case we hear of the same issues over and over and over again. The defendants, victims, case facts and evidence may all be different but the one thing that continues to stand out is the purposeful mishandling of justice in this county.

New footage of Jen and Matt McCabe at the O'Keefe's home the evening after the murder of John O'Keefe. On 1/30/22, Jen and Matt arrive at 8:29pm and then left with their daughter at 9:12pm. Jen looking interestingly exhausted as she first arrives and quite snappy with her daughter when they leave 45 minutes later. 🤔 Earlier that day, Jen and Kerry Roberts had spent 5 hours at the O'Keefe's. From there, they would 🔹️stop at Jen's for 7 minutes 🔹️stop at 34 Fairview Rd for 4 minutes and then proceed to Canton PD Detective Sergeant Mike Lank's home. This off-the-books meeting lasting roughly 45 minutes. Important to note, Lank has a long history with the Albert family. He, in fact, was the only officer trusted to enter 34 Fairview Rd multiple times during the early hours of 1/29/22. Jen McCabe had multiple police interviews on 1/29. At one point in the morning, she called Lank back to 34 Fairview to speak. He arrived and spoke to her in front of many Albert family members (Brian, Nicole, Chris, Julie, Kevin) and Brian Higgins. This is where Jen said, for the first time, Karen Read allegedly “admitted” to running over John. “I hit him, I hit him, I hit him”. On 2/1, she had another MSP interview at her home. Kerry Roberts had a police interview on 1/29 where she texted Jen that officers were about to interview her. Jen telling Kerry to call her after.. which is precisely what happened. On 2/1, Kerry had another police interview at Jen's where they were making a “timeline” together with Jen's sister Denise Galvin. Later that evening, Jen would be speaking to Michael Proctor on the phone and Kerry asked to speak with him as she suddenly “remembered” things. Karen Read was arrested on 2/1 at 7:40pm. After, Jen and Kerry Roberts would eagerly be texting one another about how their detective skills solved a murder. Jokingly, Kerry would claim Sandra Bullock to play her in the movie that was surely to be made. Jen adding that they were like an 80s detective sitcom show and Matt is like the character played by Tom Selleck. Due to the history of ever-changing timelines by Jen, one has to wonder.. was her spending 6 hours in total at the O'Keefe's home after the murder of John genuine (as a "caring friend") or was something more nefarious going on?

CONFIRMED: Demoted Detective Lieutenant Brian Tully called Karen Read a "cunt" in her home after looking at the cell phone of hers that Lieutenant John Fanning seized. In this video, I removed the background noise in three variables: one completely (voice only), one enhanced voice with slight background noise, and one with stronger background noise. ‼️In all three variations you hear, and see, Tully state, "what a cunt"‼️ This makes now two officers from the Massachusetts State Police who openly stated that a murder defendant was a cunt. "Whack job cunt" - fired and decertified Michael Proctor "What a cunt" - demoted Brian Tully

This X space is a ride. 😅 But just to correct this story that seemingly has Jennifer McCabe already a "victim" of harrassment prior to Federal investigators going to her home for questioning (where she lied to them initially, saying her name was Nicole). Per publicly available documents, Jen was visited by the Feds on April 9th, 2023. Aidan Kearney's first blog about the case, per his website, was April 18th, 2023. If the claim is that Kearney was the main perpetrator of "harassment", one can easily understand by looking at those 2 dates that the Feds visiting Jen was prior to Kearney's first report. So any claim of "harassment" prior to April 18th is simply wrong. Further, on April 10th - per a police report - Colin Albert was also visited by the Feds at his college, Bridgewater State University. Another interesting piece of information: the video of the lacrosse game (that spokeswoman for witnesses posted themselves) of Jen seemingly accosting fellow witness, and John O'Keefe's friend, Tom Beatty, took place on April 14th, 2023. This too is easily identified by knowing the field (Braintree) and who they were playing (Canton). This video shows Jen calling Tom a "loser", for him to "go sit by himself", and that "nobody wanted (him) there". So what we actually have here is before Kearney's first blog, Jen was already visited by the Feds and also on video confronting another witness. Finally - IdaLee is correct. Chris Albert was elected to the Canton Selectboard on April 4th, 2023. This being 5 days prior to the Feds stopping by to Jen's home in Canton. 🫶

The decertified and terminated Massachusetts State Trooper Michael Proctor didn't just miss one video from John O'Keefe's Ring surveillance footage. He missed three. According to testimony, Proctor asked Trooper DiCiccio, whom he described as a "good friend," to review O'Keefe's Ring footage. DiCiccio took handwritten notes while examining the evidence. Three videos documented in those notes have never been accounted for: 🔹 12:41 AM: "Tail lights from driveway (I think she arrived home)" 🔹 5:47 AM: "Karen, Jen, Kerry @ house" 🔹 12:42 PM: "Lexus leaves" All three videos would have provided a view of Karen Read's taillight, the Commonwealth's alleged murder weapon. Yet Proctor denied that these videos ever existed, despite DiCiccio's notes indicating otherwise. 12:41 AM would likely show Karen Read arriving at John O'Keefe's home and pulling into the garage. 5:47 AM was referenced by investigators, but its counterpart video from 5:51 AM is missing. According to testimony, this was the timeframe when Karen Read, Jennifer McCabe, and Kerry Roberts were allegedly looking at the damaged taillight. Kerry testified that she observed a metal piece sticking out, and Karen allegedly removed a piece of taillight. Yet the video that should have captured those events is nowhere to be found. Somehow, conversations, blowing snow, vehicle doors opening and closing, and a vehicle leaving the property all failed to be recorded. 12:42 PM would have shown Karen Read's father driving her Lexus away from O'Keefe's residence. Initially, it was suggested that the missing footage may have been deleted by Karen Read when she returned to O'Keefe's house after leaving the hospital. John O'Keefe's mother, Peg O'Keefe, even alluded to that possibility during her testimony in the second trial. The problem with that theory is that O'Keefe's Ring account could only be accessed through his cell phone, and Karen Read did not have access to it. Even more significant, Ring's records reportedly showed that the only party to access the account was the Massachusetts State Police...

On February 19th, 2025, Meg Kennedy calls Brian Tully to say she has texts with Karina Kolokithas from the week after John O'Keefe's murder. She held onto them for over three years up until that point. She follows up with an email and attaches 22 selective screenshots of their conversation. A few months later, when Karina is called to testify during the second Karen Read trial, Meg is seen seated in the courtroom on the O'Keefe's side. As we know, this courtroom was very small with a limited amount of individuals who could have sat for either side. This makes Meg's appearance notable for this specfic testimony. When Brennan stood to cross examine Karina, he decided to keep in short to only a few minutes. He did not mention the texts that Meg sent to Tully. After Karina left the stand, and a private sidebar was called, the camera panned to the O'Keefe's bench as Karen walked to the sidebar. Meg's face? Priceless. 😉

Idk about you but I can't WAIT to see the group texts Proctor was on with Chris Albert that Chris said he was weary of Massachusetts State Police investigators looking at because he "didn't wanna get anyone in trouble". That phone extraction will be telling us everything... 🙃

"It's kill an N-word in Canton day" - fired trooper Michael Proctor In a scathing plea to the court, attorney Rosemary Scappichio confirms one racist text message that is on Proctor's cell phone extraction that shows bias towards her client. "It's who this man is."

In today's Karen Read hearing, Michael Proctor's attorney CONFIRMED everything we knew was on his new phone extraction.. essentially his attorney pled, “yes the phone is bad… but please don’t let her see HOW bad.” Proctor’s attorney said on the record that this 13-year phone dump contains: 🔹️Photos of intimate body parts 🔹️Images of people not involved in anything 🔹️Names of sexual assault victims 🔹️A whole lot of deeply personal material And then (I kid you not) he tells the judge to “assume” there might be ✨️homophobic texts✨️ … and “assume” there could be ✨️antisemitic messages✨️ from years ago. Sir… WHY are those your go-to examples unless that’s exactly what’s in there? 🗣🗣🗣 He continued his argument that none of it is relevant because Proctor didn’t meet Karen until January 29th, 2022 (the day John O'Keefe was murdered) and called this a “fishing expedition.” He also said this is “just a civil case” where no one is going to jail and no constitutional rights are at issue. (Meanwhile Karen is literally suing him for violating her constitutional rights.) They tried the classic, “she already got 38,707 pages of discovery.” 🙄 From a DIFFERENT phone. Before the mistrial. Before the second trial. Before all the new chaos. And then tried to tell the court that this was the improper venue and to request discovery directly from Proctor himself. The issue? Read's team has already tried that, hence filing in these other cases to force the hand of the DA's office to hand it over because Proctor has since lost that very cell phone. So no, she cannot just subpoena him directly. The ONLY copy left is with the Commonwealth. The same people fighting to keep it sealed. Multiple other defendants from Proctor cases already got this extraction. But Karen Read? Nope. The DA's office protecting Proctor (still) is no surprise but his attorney confirming to the public that yes, he is in fact a piece of shit? Priceless. 👩🍳💋

Mental health gone. Family gone. Home gone. Career gone. When will it be enough for Michael Proctor for him to finally tell the truth? It's interesting looking back at these interviews to see how confident he once was with this narrative. But.. was it worth it?

Kelsey Fitzsimmons and her attorney, Tim Bradl, confirmed today that the FBI is now involved in what happened to her on June 30, 2025, as well as the break-in at her home that followed. Speaking outside the courtroom, Kelsey opened up about the devastation of having her son taken from her and how quickly a judge signed off on the order that made it happen. Bradl then made it clear this is not stopping here, saying they plan to work with legislators to push for reform around restraining orders, especially how they immediately impact custody in those first critical hours after an order is served. When asked about the circumstances surrounding the order and the connections involved, Bradl did not dodge the question. He said, “We have some other investigations to work on and we are going to leave no stone unturned. We’re going to find out how and why this happened, and who’s responsible.” He also addressed the break-in at Kelsey’s home, saying they have already been in contact with the FBI and made it clear he has “had it with Essex County,” and will be working with federal investigators to get answers. 💜

And there it is folks: the hand off of John O'Keefe's cell phone from Kerry Roberts to Officer Mullaney. The issue? ⤵️ Mullaney never testified that he had John's phone. Goode never testified that Mullaney got the phone. Neither did Lank or Saraf. Kerry seemingly couldn't remember who she gave it to or when. From Goode's dash cam footage (all 3 front angles), we now know that Kerry was on the phone at this time and heard mentioning a "house party" (via Saraf's dash cam). She is seen on Goode's dash cam literally taking a walk all the way past 32 Fairview Rd. She apparently did not want her conversation to be heard. For time reference, the ambulance and CFD vehicles had already driven off. In the footage, we see Lank (who had recently arrived), Saraf, Goode and Mullaney huddled together in front of Saraf's cruiser/behind Kerry's SUV. Then Goode and Mullaney start to walk towards Kerry's vehicle. Goode opens the door where Karen is, asks her something, and then shuts the door. The two walk up to Mullaney's vehicle but then quickly turn around. This is where I believe Mullaney remembered seeing Kerry pick up the blanket and John's phone from where John was laying. From there, Mullaney walks to Kerry and she immediately gives him the phone.. without hesitation. Where the phone goes from there? Who knows. But it was not in Kerry's possession when her and Karen drove off roughly 5 minutes later.

The behavior in these two videos is awfully.. odd (and unfortunately something I have seen before). As someone who grew up with addicts and has had most of her life touched by addicts, this behavior is concerning. In the first video clip, he takes 7 hits in the matter of 1 minute and 15 seconds. That's not the normal smoking weed behavior or "taking a few hits to get the edge off". In my opinion, from my experiences with addicts, that is classic need-to-get-high-now behavior. Typical weed smokers take a few hits and chill.. take their time. This is not that. He seems anxious and in a rush. He's not a teenager trying to hide his pipe from his parents. This is a grown man with a career and child. Was he rushing because he wasn't supposed to be doing it? Maybe. But that doesn't explain the need to get absolutely blazed as quickly as he could with a newborn in the house.. and this same pattern is seen on video after video. This behavior would align also with the allegations Kelsey listed recently in probate court documents. If in fact he was using other substances, taking a shit ton of hits as fast as he did could explain that. An addicts brain can be a complicated one, however, once you recognize the pattern you'll see it clear as day.

Canton PD Sgt Sean Goode was texting throughout the processing of the scene when John O'Keefe was found dead outside of Brian Albert's home at 34 Fairview Rd. Normally, this wouldn't be suspicious.. however, given the timeline of Goode being on his phone, it raises serious questions of who exactly he was speaking to and why. At 6:35:40 AM, Detective Sergeant Mike Lank gets a phone call that he says he does not remember who it was. This call lasts almost 3 mins. Immediately after he calls the Massachusetts State Police CPAC Unit for help. At 6:39:11 AM, the outdoor front light of 34FV is turned on and the door is opened. At 6:40:48 AM, Goode is seen texting after calling in a section 12 for Karen Read. We hear Goode tell Lank this while Lank is still on the phone with CPAC. Goode also asks if Lank wants to go inside because "the front door is actually open". While Lank and Goode head to the front door, Kerry Roberts and Karen Read return back. Within minutes, Karen is walked back to the ambulance and subsequently sent to the hospital for a section hold. They would draw her blood which then would be examined and given an estimate of her blood alcohol content of the time she supposedly ran into John O'Keefe. Goode and Lank would spend 18 minutes and 47 seconds inside 34 Fairview Rd with Brian Albert, Nicole Albert and Jen McCabe. While inside, Goode radios Kelly Dever in dispatch of the exact time of Jen's 911 call. Matt McCabe was also coming in and out (which was not testified to). In fact, Goode, Lank and Matt would leave the home together. At 7:02:04 AM, Goode is seen texting again. Karen Read would leave in the ambulance at 7:05:32 AM.

Sometimes it's not what's in the footage.. but rather what is missing. Where is Allie McCabe's vehicle driving Colin Albert home? Per their testimony, we should see them driving by to drop Colin off around 12:15am. Where is Allie's car going home minutes later? 🤔

THE MISSING CANTON LIBRARY FOOTAGE 🗣🚨 On February 7th, 2022, Louis Jutras from Canton’s IT Division emailed Trooper Dunne (Norfolk County MSP) surveillance footage from the Canton Public Library, per MSP’s request. Because of the town’s camera system setup, the footage was shared via a download link rather than direct files. Dunne then forwarded that same link to lead investigator Trooper Michael Proctor. A follow up email, obtained by @Marbury_v_Mad through a FOIA request, shows that Proctor sought help from Norfolk County Forensic Video Technician Colleen Crawford. But why would Proctor need assistance if the footage could have been easily downloaded and preserved in its raw form, with original metadata? Data that was never provided to Karen Read’s defense team. Then there’s Brian Tully, the officer chosen to testify about this footage. A curious choice since Dunne received the original link and Proctor led the investigation, both would’ve been far more relevant witnesses. As Proctor’s supervisor, Tully would likely have known about the missing footage from the Canton Library. Did he also communicate with Crawford? The original file sent by Jutras was a full one-hour segment (12:00 a.m.–1:00 a.m.), yet the version later used in evidence has missing roughly two minutes from 12:37 a.m. to 12:39 a.m. And now, this newly uncovered correspondence shows Proctor personally thanked Crawford for her help with this very footage.

Footage from the Canton Police Department's audit meeting has been mysteriously deleted. The missing footage was of one of the auditors answering a question about the Canton Sallyport cameras - specifically regarding the claim that they are motion-activated and one filming inverted. Interestingly, the footage right when the auditor is to say who he spoke to within the department, cuts and jumps back to this Canton resident asking another question. I remember this answer as I was there. I remember thinking how ridiculous the auditor sounded by attempting to dodge the very clear question of: "how do you know it films inverted if you didn't look at it yourself?" He said he spoke to then chief Helena Rafferty. He claimed that there was a button on these cameras that you can press to film inverted. That somehow this button must have been pressed at some point and was never corrected. Bullshit. And now that very answer is gone. Just like Brian Higgins speech at former police chief's Ken Berkowitz retirement party where he said that Berky was the person you call to hide a dead body. You don't delete video footage for any reason. Why remove this answer from a continuously recorded audit hearing? Why remove one person's speech from a continuously recorded party? Why remove video footage of a vehicle in a garage?
