Extremely heads up move from Chase Elliott choosing to pit on his own when he saw a car in front of him lose a wheel. Within seconds of seeing the wheel he made a calculation in his head that it would likely be an advantage to pit and decided to enter pit lane on his own.

My guess is that the Trackhouse cars went in the grass in order to pick up some debris to help make weight but I'm not sure why it suddenly became a big deal or why they were singled out as drivers do it often and they weren't the only ones that did it at Gateway. An example:
