When there was constant calls for their intervention during and after 9 months of genocidal blockade of Lachin Corridor, it appeared UN didn’t even exist with their pin drop silence and inaction on this issue. When the total exodus and ethnic cleansing of Artsakh Armenians got completed, they’ve arrived to take the stock of situation in Artsakh in order to secure the rights of those Armenians (who are actually no more stationed in Artsakh while leaving behind their home and the graves of their loved ones).
