Today, we launch the international Easter campaign #ChildrenAreNonNegotiable to remind the world that there can be no just and lasting peace without the return of every Ukrainian child. The sweater in this video is more than just clothing — it’s a symbol. A symbol of the children who were abducted and of our commitment to bring them back. Across the world, hundreds of leaders, public figures, and celebrities are posting photos in this sweater to say one thing loud and clear: the fate of Ukrainian children is not up for negotiation. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russia has carried out a systematic campaign to erase Ukrainian identity by abducting children, placing them in Russian families, and brainwashing them into becoming something they are not. It is a war crime — recognized as such by the International Criminal Court, which has issued arrest warrants for Vladimir Putin and Maria Lvova-Belova. These children have been used as weapons — to weaken Ukraine and threaten the security of Europe. But we will not allow this to be their fate. To everyone joining this campaign: thank you.
