When it comes to repeat and chronic offenders in SF, we as a system need to do better. Just 8% of offenders are responsible for over 25% of our pending cases SF DISTRICT ATTORNEY. Our criminal justice system must do more to protect victims of crime.

Violent and repeat offenders should no longer be allowed to victimize San Francisco without consequence. It is especially abhorrent that drug dealers are continuing to be cycled out back onto our streets while too many people are dying from drug overdose in our City.

We have a criminal justice system that affords very few rights to victims, who often have to sit through lengthy delays for cases to proceed to trial. Unfortunately, judges & prosecutors are bound by laws that only look out only for those who are charged with crimes.
