Light was arraigned on September 2, before Jury deliberations began for Clancy's case, where she was charged with Aggravated Intimidation of a Juror. The judge ordered her to stay away from courthouse grounds, refrain from disseminating photos on iCloud, and stay away from witnesses in the Lindsay Clancy trial, but denied the $50,000 bail requested by the commonwealth. Light's attorney told the judge, “This is a complete misunderstanding, Your Honor. My client was trying to get a picture of Ms. Clancy.” Light pleaded not guilty and is to return for a pre-trial hearing on Oct. 15.
