ଶିକ୍ଷା ହେଉଛି ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ସବୁଠୁ ବଡ଼ ଶକ୍ତି। ସେହି ବିଶ୍ୱାସକୁ ପାଥେୟ କରି ଲୋକଙ୍କ ସରକାର ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି “ଜ୍ଞାନୋଦୟ – ଶିକ୍ଷାରୁ ସମୃଦ୍ଧି” ଯୋଜନା। ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ସରକାରୀ ଓ ଅନୁଦାନପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନରେ କେ.ଜି.ରୁ ପି.ଜି. ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଦେୟମୁକ୍ତ ଶିକ୍ଷା ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ ହେବା ସହିତ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ମେଧାବୀ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ସ୍ବପ୍ନ ହେବ ସାକାର । ପ୍ରତିବର୍ଷ ୩୨ ଲକ୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ଏହି ଯୋଜନାରେ ଉପକୃତ ହେବେ। ଜ୍ଞାନର ଶକ୍ତିରେ ସଶକ୍ତ ଯୁବପିଢ଼ି ଗଢ଼ି, ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ନିର୍ମାଣ ଦିଗରେ ଏହା ଏକ ଐତିହାସିକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ହେବ ।
