Strongly advise more to free themselves from the gym. Cancel it. Use that money to DCA into assets instead. You don’t need a gym… you are a gym… and one of the best! Literally just Jumping in your living room TRUMPS anything you can do in the gym. Let that sink in.

I’m willing to wager at least 99% of the world’s population hasn’t even scratched the surface when it comes to the basic & foundational body builder movement, Plank. Please let that sit in folks! You need to be Planking daily & multiple variations and difficulty. Most just hold one variation for time & that’s it! Building Basic strength & a Basic Foundation is what they’re doing. This carries over into everything!!!

You need to be Calfmaxxing. Your calves are the 2nd heart pumping blood all through your body. Without these puppies firing on all cylinders, you have zero athleticism. Most dudes’s calves look like trash. Either small and frail or fat and worthless.

We can all agree what a huge pain in the ass & inconvenience going to the gym 3-7 days a week forever really is… especially if you have kids. No wonder most parents are out of shape… You’re chaining yourself to a building when you don’t have to! Jump with your kids. Simple.

I feel bad for people that still go to the gym 3-5 days a week. Do you really expect to do this forever? You’re enslaving yourself. Break the chains! Workout whenever, wherever, & with whatever when convenient. This approach is far more practical & fun.

Barbell bench is a waste of time and one of the worst metrics for overall strength/speed/athleticism and basically anything that actually matters. A better test would be a weighted Dead Hang. Willing to bet benchers can’t hang over a minute with 100+ pounds. Weaklings.

Majority of people that go to the gym do “Progressive Overload” style of training & it’s hilarious. All they want is to lift more weight, do more reps, more, more, more!!! They think because they can lift more, they’re getting stronger… this ain’t the case. What they’re doing is cheating. Cheating the Range of Motion, cheating the effectiveness, cheating the exercise. Doing whatever they can to rush progress, even if it means terrible form & injury. People have such little patience nowadays that they think they can just bypass all of the base Foundational stuff… Grave mistake. This mistake is reflected in their body & it’s a shame.
