Today, XPeng’s X9 rear-ended a vehicle on the highway. The accident occurred while the X9 was in autonomous driving mode. The driver noticed that the X9 didn’t slow down, so he stepped on the brakes, but the braking distance was too short, and it still collided with the construction vehicle ahead. The X9 is equipped with Lidar. do any people still think Lidar is reliable?

Tesla VS Xiaomi VS LI Tesla FSD , as a foreigner player, failed to find the correct lane at a U-shaped turn but performed perfectly otherwise. Xiaomi and Li Auto lacked confidence, requiring driver intervention in complex road conditions, and even as local contenders, they still took wrong turns.
