I'd rather have a healthy, muscular body with some belly fat than visible abs that require me to be hungry, miserable, and socially unavailable 24/7. Not every physique is worth the price you pay to maintain it. Gym bros, how lean is TOO lean for you?

Can’t muscle-up? Stop blaming your strength. Your pull-up technique might be the thing holding you back. Fix your pull-up mechanics, and that muscle-up suddenly gets a whole lot easier.

POV: You came to the gym to train AND create content. Every angle you set up, someone spawns directly into your frame. 😭 Gym content creators deserve hazard pay.

Old-school bodybuilders built shoulders that looked like boulders with just few shoulder programs. Today, some lifters have 15 different shoulder exercises saved on their phones but can't progressively overload the basics. Maybe the secret was never that complicated.

There are very few big guys who can lift their own bodyweight. What makes this even crazier? He casually knocked out a pull-up in between.

Those tiny dumbbells are intentional. After heavy pressing, go lighter. Control the reps. Keep tension on the delts. This is so perfect for Shoulder finishers.

Old-school bodybuilding had one thing modern gym culture desperately needs: respect for execution. Charles Glass didn't become known simply because he could put weight on a machine. He understood that small changes in body position, movement path and execution can change the training stimulus. This man should be protected at all cost.

The gym is for training but it’s also a social space. So, is approaching a woman/man at the gym completely off-limits, or is it all about how and when you do it? What’s your rule; never, only after the session, or when the moment is actually there?
