This game is amazing. It requires high effort, creativity, and separation, which is all the same qualities we need in sport. It really challenges shin angles, acceleration/deceleration, and the hidden quality is the defender keeping eyes 👀 on the offensive player while moving away from them.

Amazing video by Travis Dresch breaking down the “why” when it comes to training different performance qualities for athletes. The weight room is an educational setting.
