A Zepto delivery worker and his friend were allegedly assaulted by a group of unidentified men in Bengaluru’s Yelahanka New Town after a confrontation over language, according to a police complaint. The delivery executive told police he asked the group to speak in Kannada after saying he did not understand Hindi, following which the situation allegedly escalated and the two men were assaulted with hands and a wooden log.
