AI Has Changed Animation Forever This was created entirely with Nano Banana Pro and Veo 3.1 inside of Flow by Google. This is far from perfect but shows the power in the hands of a single creator. Now you can visualize a whole concept before investing extra resources needed to finish at the highest level. Watch The One Percent now.

A few months ago, I started exploring AI, music, and creativity with my son. He started showing a passion for music, so we decided to create an experimental music project that fuses all our passions. A musical exploration that blended our love for Trap hip-hop, metal, and anime gave birth to "Afraid2Sl33p." Our first single, "Come Undone," will be released on streaming platforms as part of a self-titled 8-track EP in a few weeks. Here is our first AI music video. Music created using Suno V5, lyrics written by my son and me. Keep creating and keep exploring. Cheers.

EARSHOT - Part 1 A new digital miniseries From the mind of Dave Clark In the chaotic streets of Brooklyn, a lonely construction worker born with giant ears for a head struggles to survive the emotional noise of modern life while discovering that his strange condition gives him an uncanny ability to truly hear people in a city where nobody listens. As debts pile up, relationships collapse, and the criminal underbelly of Bensonhurst pulls him into escalating chaos, he drifts through a surreal yet deeply human New York searching for connection, forgiveness, and a reason to finally speak for himself. A grounded dark crime/dramedy blending absurdist visual metaphor, raw urban realism, and emotional intimacy. This is the future of storytelling. Not in some distant way… but like right now. I made this using AI. It’s called PAPERCUT. A new animated film concept I'm developing. It's not perfect, but it gets the creative juices flowing. The idea came from my son. We were just talking and he said he wished there was a movie about a Blasian kid surviving a zombie apocalypse. And it hit me… that movie doesn’t exist. Not because it’s not a good idea, but because it would probably never get made. So I made it. And once I started, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. Like where did all the great zombie movies go? The ones that felt original, that had personality. The Shaun of the Deads, the George Romero classics. What if you took that energy… but made it animated? Stylized. A little fun. A little scary. Something a kid could watch, but still feel the danger. That’s what this is. Honestly… this doesn’t happen without AI. This idea just stays a conversation. But now it’s real. That’s the shift. You don’t have to wait around anymore hoping someone says yes. You can just go make the thing.

🔥What a time to be alive. This is 'Mind Tunnels.' Made entirely with Gen AI. To highlight a few tools: ☑️ Character Voices: The New ElevenLabs v3 Alpha ☑️ Script: Me + ChatGPT ☑️ Images: Midjourney v7 ☑️ Video: Kling 2.1 Master, Veo 3, Higgsfield ☑️ Lip Sync: Heygen Avatar IV ☑️ Upscale: Magnific and TopazLabs ☑️ Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro I locked down this weekend and explored one of my most cherished ideas about a future technology known as "Mind Tunnels" that allows a future race to send back data into the past, but not without consequences. If you have been following me for years, I have explored this concept since the early Gen AI days. It's time to tell your big original stories. Welcome to the new era of filmmaking!

Watch Battalion—My First Ever 5-Minute Gen AI Short Film. I had to upload it in two parts. This is part 1; part 2 is in the comments. I created this over a few weeks using 100% image-to-video and text-to-video Generative AI. While not perfect, the tools advance daily, even during production, helping to produce incredible results. This is my most in-depth and longest Gen AI narrative film project. It was created by one person. Watch the full-length 4K pro res here: Various tools helped me bring it to life, and it wouldn't have been possible without the power of AI. The story chronicles the 320th Barrage Balloon Batallion, the only unit to storm the beach during D-Day composed entirely of African American soldiers. They provided critical protection to the ships and soldiers below them from attacks by enemy aircraft. Google approached me and asked if I would be down to collab with their research team to create a film for Google I/O. Not only would I have access to Flow, their latest AI filmmaking tool, but I would also be responsible for giving feedback on the product itself. The filmmaker in me was excited for the challenge, but the technologist in me was living out my dream in helping mold a next-generation product for a new era of filmmaking. Experimenting with the tool has been a fun ride. Flow is built on Google Deepmind’s most advanced models - Veo, Imagen, and Gemini, and has allowed me to world-build and create characters I have had in my head for years. I can create consistent characters, scenes, and stories with the ability to reference key ingredients. With Flow, it finally feels like filmmakers are in control. We can iterate freely and actually steer the ship in our creations. I decided to create my short film “Freelancers” using Flow: An action-packed ride following two estranged adopted brothers—one methodical, the other loud and brash—who reminisce on their careers as international hitmen during dinner, until they realize they’ve both been contracted to carry out the same job.
