Nicola Sturgeon’s crooked estranged husband spent part of your hard earned taxpayer money on luxury gifts and vacations. For that reason he has been given a 5 year prison sentence, which will most likely be cut in half thanks to the SNP’s soft touch approach to justice. And of course the SNP refuse to have a public inquiry on this matter. Nicola Sturgeon is not an innocent victim here: she was the leader of the SNP at the time and shot down anyone who raised questions. Now it is her turn to answer some very important questions.

I was shocked to hear about the case of a 5-year-old girl who refused to use her school's toilets because she would have to share them with boys. Luckily, the Court of Session has ruled that West Lothian Council was at fault for not providing single-sex toilets in schools. Yet again, this is the result of the SNP's embrace of dangerous gender ideology, which it tries to impose on every corner of public life. It’s crystal clear that all schools must have single-sex toilets. I will always stand for the rights of women and girls along with so many wonderful women and organisations, including, but not limited to J.K. Rowling, Sharron Davies HoL MBE, For Women Scotland Sex Matters and WRN Scotland.

John Swinney is doing everything he can not to implement what was so clearly set out in the For Women Scotland Supreme Court ruling. He now says he wants to consult on a ‘domestic approach’ when it comes to implementing the EHRC’s guidance. He should know he cannot simply pick and choose which parts of the guidance he likes and does not like. Instead of listening to radical trans activists he should start listening to women.

For some crazy reason, NHS Lanarkshire has decided to label mothers of stillborn babies as ‘mothers/birthing people.' This is gender ideology imposed on grieving families at the worst moment of their lives. But yet again, this is the direct result of the SNP spending years pushing this dangerous ideology into every corner of Scottish public life.

Raising concerns over girls facing sexual harassment in mixed-sex toilets is not transphobic - It’s common sense. That is why today I spoke in detail about the horrors faced by girls in schools and particularly in uni-sex toilets. It is absolutely vital that single-sex facilities are available in every school. 👇

It is shocking that LGBT Youth Scotland, an organisation that refuses to abide by the For Women Scotland Supreme Court ruling, has received £13 million in public money. I have been contacted by many parents who are concerned about what their children of primary school age are being taught. That is why I raised it with the Equalities Minister who suprise suprise defended the organisation and said she had ‘no concerns.’

Someone has shockingly decided to remove the sex of MSPs from the Scottish Parliament’s website. I have a message for the new Presiding Officer: Why was this allowed in the first place? This decision simply erases women all in the name of gender ideology. It must be reversed NOW.

Sex under the 2010 Equality Act refers to biological sex. Yet the Greens, as specifically their new MSP Q Manivannan, do not seem to understand that. He is encouraging people to file complaints against the EHRC guidance, which he calls 'harmful.' The only harmful thing is Manivannan's campaign, which hurts the rights of women and girls.

Nicole Sturgeon’s Laura Kuenssberg interview was nothing but more deflection. Let me be clear, Nicola Sturgeon is not being held responsible for Murrell’s - her ex-husband’s - crimes. She is being questioned because she was the SNP leader, First Minister and someone who held a lot of power. She cannot expect people to believe her ludicrous claims that she had no “conscious memory” of the huge motorhome on her in-laws driveway and didn’t suspect anything when luxury items were appearing. Surely she questioned where the money was coming from? I back calls for a parliamentary inquiry into this epic scandal.

After much thought and consideration, I have decided to vote 'No' on the Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill. Firstly, there is a real fear that vulnerable people, including women who have suffered domestic abuse, could be coerced into taking their own lives. Secondly, many disabled people fear that their lives will be devalued and could be pushed to take their lives. Thirdly, the scope of this bill could be widened to include more illnesses and younger ages, as has been the case in other countries. Instead of creating a pathway for people to end their lives, we should be strengthening the palliative care services that help them live their final days with dignity, comfort and support.

By issuing a ‘declaration of incompatibility’ with regards to the For Women Scotland case, SNP Ministers are putting the rights of dangerous male criminals above the rights of some of the most vulnerable women. Of course when I brought this up with the Equalities Minister today she refused to answer my question 🫣

Newly elected Scottish Green MSP Q Manivannan claimed he grew up hungry, starving and disadvantaged. But it has been revealed he grew up in an upper middle class household, attended private schools, elite universities and ran a business coaching the super-rich. There is absolutely no shame in coming from a successful family. None. But there is shame in lying about it to win votes. The people of Scotland deserve elected representatives who are honest about who they are and where they come from. Not a carefully constructed story designed to gain sympathy at the ballot box. These are serious questions. And Q Manivannan must answer them.

Women who are protesting to protect their rights appear to have been treated differently to trans rights activists. It is ridiculous that trans rights activists were allowed to play loud music and disrupt the For Women Scotland rally last week, at the premises of the Scottish Parliament. That is why today I asked the Scottish Parliament’s Corporate Party what action is being taking to ensure that everyone is being treated equally under the law. As expected, a complete non-answer from this parliament 👇

Here we go again, we're back in the Chamber calling on the SNP Government to properly implement the law. It's been 5 months since the monumental For Women Scotland judgment on the definition of the word 'woman' yet the SNP Government are dragging their heels. They continue to rely on faulty guidance, which is primarily based on self-ID, such as allowing for male criminals to serve time in women's prisons and letting school children pick whichever facilities they feel comfortable with. It is time for this nonsense to stop.

I am not sure the Minister understood my question. 🫣 Many women prisoners are the victims of male violence, and housing them with dangerous biological males makes them extremely vulnerable. Yet she somehow thinks that the SNP's prisons policy is compliant with the Supreme Court judgment 🤦♀️

When it comes to protecting women and girls, nothing this SNP Scottish Government does surprises me anymore, but today’s response at FMQs truly did. Hearing the First Minister, John Swinney, say he will not back my Prevention of Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Bill was deeply disappointing. In the last year alone, 66,000 domestic abuse incidents were reported to Police Scotland, a rise of 10%, These are not just numbers, these are women, girls, and families who deserve better. My Bill would be a genuine game changer, giving authorities the power to intervene earlier and prevent abuse before it escalates. It’s practical, preventative, and survivor focused. Yet this Government continues to pat itself on the back, insisting the system is working, even as the number of victims rise. Instead of facing reality, they choose to look the other way. Women in Scotland are being failed, once again.

Next week marks one year since the For Women Scotland Supreme Court judgment on the definition of the word 'woman.' Yet the SNP refuse to follow the law, all in the name of gender ideology Since coming into Parliament, I have fought hard against this ideology by opposing Nicola Sturgeon's dangerous Gender Recognition Reform Bill and by advocating for the protection of single-sex space and services. So that I can continue the fight and bring back common sense, vote Pam Gosal in Strathkelvin and Bearsden and Scottish Conservatives on your peach ballot on 7 May.
