Some clips from yesterday’s NPC posing clinic at my gym. Was able to snag some footage from one of the guys filming it. Sadly no straight on footage 🥀 Been a little bit since I hit rounds of mandatories like this; humbling to get winded after an hour straight but it was nice to get some feedback from the judges and promoters. 254lbs but big boy still got some decent footwork
