Big win for customers! No more trick pricing from shady car dealers. They have to share the *actual* sales price of the car! Require a trade or $3K more? Price has to go up $3K. Require financing? Price has to go up to cover that. Shipping or inspection fees? Have to be included in the listed price! Warranties, LoJack security, some other required thing? Has to be included in the listed price. And of course the doc fee, which was the ONLY thing we added because we don’t do any of the things listed above. BIG fines for dealers playing games. The good ones won’t! The shady ones will either be forced to or get in the trouble they have long deserved.
