Building a business gets lonely. Most founders just accept that as part of the deal. What changes it is sitting across from someone who says, I've been exactly where you are, and here's how I got through it. Our average member does $14M in revenue. The minimum to apply is $1M. Wherever you are, someone in the community is a few steps ahead of you and someone else is a few steps behind. Both are worth talking to. We're careful about who comes in. If we wouldn't want to spend a weekend with someone at a retreat, they're not a fit. That's most of the reason this works. Entrepreneurship is lonely. It doesn't have to be.
