I was floating the Platte River today when I came across two boaters who had wrapped a kayak around the bridge pylon. After putting my 360 camera away, I tried to free the kayak, but was swept under water. I resurfaced and borrowed their life vest to make a second attempt. After several minutes I was able to muscle the kayak free. Then we tethered the tubes and kayak together and floated downstream with one paddle. The grandmother, who was originally in the kayak, had almost been drowned before I got there. Fortunately, everyone was unharmed.

The House Admin. Committee GOP Committee has now released Camera 7231 that shows a man described as an active-duty FBI colleague of Former FBI Liaison to Capitol Police John Guandolo, clapping and saying "this is huge" as protestors ran up the east steps on January 6. I made this as a sealed exhibit that synchronized audio from Guandolo's own recording to the CCTV. Now it is public. Source:

My brother and I are the only J6 defendants to enter the Capitol through the Senate Carriage Doors. When we saw protestors walking out the doors who came through the Capitol from the west side, we walked up to see what was going on. As I was observing, a man in military clothing (who had come through the Capitol from the west) began repeatedly lunging into me, pushing me into the Capitol. My brother followed behind because we had agreed to stay together for safety. The man who pushed me in (Nick Hofer / #FrodoTheFash) was also in many other key locations. During the Biden administration, Hofer held a security clearance and was working at a military base in Indiana that supports JSOC operations and top-secret research. Hofer was arrested in 2024 only after my judge compelled the government to produce information on him, and even then, the government tried to deceive my judge in secret ex parte filings.

Senate Republicans threw a tantrum over Trump's $1.776 billion restitution fund for victims of government weaponization (J6ers), yet those same senators voted to give themselves $500k restitution for the FBI spying on them. That is hypocritical since the FBI also spied on J6ers.

Many are interested in Brady Knowlton, who was entirely peaceful on January 6, and thanked officers as he left the Capitol, yet is charged with 20 year felony obstruction, which would separate him from his children. But there's more to the story: Brady was let into the Capitol.

Steve Baker gave an update that he is holding off on publishing the pipe bombers' identity at the request of people in the intel agencies. That drew fair criticism. However, while I think he should publish his story soon, I do see a plausible reason why Steve could be waiting.
