You’re talented… but you’re quiet. And that’s the problem. No voice = no leadership No sound = no power No energy = no impact Everybody wants to be “nice” Everybody wants to “do their thing” That’s not how teams win. Teams talk. Teams connect. Teams bring ENERGY every rep.

They told me: “Too slow.” “Too short.” “Not D1.” So I grabbed a jump rope. Every day. Four years. While they were talking… I was working. By senior year? 30+ scholarships. D1. D2. Full rides. I didn’t argue with criticism. I trained through it. I attacked my weakness.

STOP DRIBBLING ! Players PLEASE PUT THIS IN YOUR GAME YOUR BAG …. WHAT EVER YOU CALL IT …. It Works !! 1. Shot Fakes on the Catch 2. Shot fakes on the finish 3. Pass Fakes and Swing Fakes They shift and change the defenses’ stance. Now you have some space

Most players avoid contact. High level players control it. If you don’t understand where to hit and how to use your body, you’ll always get pushed off your spot. Below the hips = control. Cleaner contact. Harder to call. Stronger advantage. That’s not dirty basketball…

The small ball is a great tool to work on feel and coordination. Add the tennis ball and now you are working on “hitting that defense “ when the poke at it ! I love the drills and so do the players

I’ve watched thousands of players work. The ones who make it aren’t always the most talented. They’re the ones who can read, adapt, and make decisions under pressure. Basketball isn’t choreography. It’s problem solving.

BASKETBALL GOT RHYTHM 🎵 If you play shy, you’re gonna play slow. If you can’t feel the rhythm, you’ll never move free. You see that hesitation? That flow? That’s not just skill. That’s feel. You gotta have rhythm. You gotta have SWAG. Ballin’ ain’t stiff. It’s movement.

The “In-Between Game” gets you PAID. Not a layup. Not a three. It’s that pull-up midrange off the bounce, To beat pressure, Do it enough in para five and then in the game you play off instinct. If you can hit this shot it opens up so many opportunities for your team on Offense

Most players only see the first defender. That’s why they get locked up. High level players read layers. - Ball. - Coach. - Help defender.

Anybody can pass standing still. Winners pass with purpose. Passing isn’t just arms. It’s feet, balance, intention… Load the elbow, put heat on it. Right hand — step — snap. Left hand — step — snap. Game speed. Game pressure. Game communication. Talk through the drill.
