Phantom Blade Zero is NO soulslike: -Combo driven combat -Multiple difficulty settings -Pretty much no penalty for dying -Respec your build at any time -Boss phase progression after death (no need to replay phases you’ve already beaten) -Enemies don’t respawn once defeated

There are just TOO MANY great games (not that I’m complaining lmao).

With all the banger releases lately, here's a little reminder for every gamer out there: DON'T RUSH YOUR GAMES No need to rush or finish games just for the sake of it. Take your time, play at your own pace, and most importantly, have fun.

Putting DREADMOOR on your radar: -First-person singleplayer adventure -Skill-based fishing -Horror vibes -High-quality voice acting -Survival crafting -Real-time combat -Sea and land exploration -Post-apocalyptic world -Quirky characters -Massive sea creatures -Ship customization -Story quests -Upgrade, repair and clean your ship -Dredge inspired -November 9 Early Access release on PC -Console versions are being considered, but nothing is confirmed yet I've already played the game and I'm honestly blown away. It gives me major Dredge vibes, but in first-person, with more exploration and an actual combat system. This could be a sleeper hit!

Putting End of Abyss on your radar: -Singleplayer game -Some former Little Nightmares devs -Sci-fi horror Metroidvania -30 bucks -Around 15 hours gameplay -Huge interconnected world -Great map -Awesome worldbuilding -Great environmental storytelling -Some of the best sound design of the year -MGS1 style camera vibe -Tons of secrets -Perfect game for October (it’s actually scary) -Out now on PS5, Xbox Series and PC I 100% finished the game and it’s easily been my biggest surprise of the year so far. Such a great game. Really hope more people discover this one. If you’re into Metroidvanias, give it a shot.
