It's the growing culture of mob justice. The shocking attack on Sydney Gongodyo has once again exposed a dangerous reality: whenever a crowd decides to become the law, everyone loses. Kampala residents are increasingly asking a difficult question: if a section of riders can mobilize faster for violence than for accountability, how long will the public continue to defend the industry's presence in the city?
