Back in Feb 2023, the Commonwealth made it seem like Lindsay Clancy’s first words were on 1/27/23 when she asked, "Do I need an attorney?" ​On Day 19 of the trial, we find out from one of the Commonwealth's own expert witnesses that Lindsay didn't even remember what happened & had to be informed of it when she woke up in the hospital on 1/24/23.

Prosecution: Objection Judge Sullivan: Overruled Dr. Condie: It can be quite episodic. . It means that an episode can start and stop. And then an interval of time goes by, it could days, weeks or months and then another episode occurs. What a funny thing for the prosecution to object too. .

What was the reason the prosecution felt it was important to focus on Lindsay Clancy saying she didn't lock the door, that she cut the screen or that she had Callan in her hand & was taking food out of the fridge when Patrick called? We know she didnt cut the screen & we know the kids were already dead when Pat called. & Pat testified that the door was locked.

I'm sorry is supposedly wanting her children "with" her so they wouldn't be separated, & wouldn't have to suffer after she was gone not considered delusional thinking?? Also, is the Prosecutions expert witness really citing Dr. Resnick?? Eventhough Dr. Resnick also evaluated Lindsay Clancy & determined she wasnt malingering?? 🤔
