No, this criminality must stop! The first time they did a cleaning campaign, people were brutalised and maimed. Today, they've taken in a notch higher - a citizen has been shot dead in cold blood in Ndejje! According to onlookers, the police and military committed this crime while forcing boda boda riders to stop and sweep. Just like that, an unarmed citizen lost his life to these trigger happy criminals! #FreeUgandaNow

Museveni’s son said he is very proud of the pain and hurt he is inflicting on former Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago. He must be very proud of himself, seeing this video. But as the saying goes, no one is tall enough to see the future. One day, the tables will turn and all these atrocities will be accounted for, one by one.

Just last week, regime apologists were questioning the decision of the US to place Uganda on Level 4 Do Not Travel Advisory! We LOVE OUR COUNTRY, but those who rule over us are the enemies of our country. See this video and you may think you're watching a scene from a war front. But this is Kisekka Market, in the middle of our capital. How do you persuade people to visit a country that behaves in this manner? Heavily armed thugs in plain clothes terrorising people in broad daylight! No wonder ordinary people thought they were armed robbers! And yet, these are the regime operatives who have been given the licence to terrorise, abduct and murder without consequence. How can ordinary citizens distinguish between criminals and security operatives when there's no difference in how they conduct themselves? We must all aspire to build a country where security forces behave with utmost professionalism.

Watch this video and see what a jolly, strong man, brother Sam Mugumya was before his abduction and torture! You cannot fail to imagine the kind of hope he had for a better country as he and his friend danced to this song #TuliyambalaEngule. And then compare the man in this video and the one in the video that recently leaked of him in a torture chamber! Our nation is ruled by monsters, who must one day answer for their crimes!

My address today as we made six years under the National Unity Platform.

This was on the eve of the January rigged election, as this criminal - a UPDF soldier, Major Emma Kuteesa encouraged gangs to attack shops and businesses owned by National Unity Platform supporters who had displayed national flags in solidarity with our campaign. He, and his associate criminal one Maj. Gen. Christopher Ddamulira have been at it, mobilising and empowering gangs under the auspices of "the Ghetto Structure" to attack NUP supporters and commit other crimes against our people under the protection of the state. Are we then surprised by the increasing levels of violence against citizens in Kampala and other parts of Uganda? After the regime made it clear to them that they could commit crimes in the name of protecting the Museveni regime, they chose to use the same cover to attack, rob, mob and murder citizens without consequence! Sadly, everyone becomes a potential victim, including those who cheered them on. WE NEED A RESET.

Before the viral video came out which showed our brother Sam Mugumya emanciated and visibly incapacitated, we had been told about the same by a comrade who had just been released from the torture chambers of Kasenyi SFC military barracks. This is what he said on 4th February this year. We have now been told that our brother King Zale was also subjected to gross torture that he cannot walk by himself. Museveni and his criminal gangs will and must be held to account for all these crimes against humanity.

Watch this and you might think you're watching films about Uganda in 2026. Except that these documentaries are about Uday Hussein, Saddam Hussein's son who was known for his excessive cruelty, abuse of women, erratic behavior, and gross human rights abuses- including torture, rape, and murder. Like Museveni’s brutal son, Uday employed extreme sadism, erratic violence, and total impunity to commit severe atrocities and terror campaigns against the people, until his death in 2003. Hoping that he would succeed his father, he murdered, kidnapped and jailed opponents - often times in his private prisons and torture chambers. Today, his name lies where it truly belongs - in the dungeon of history. History does not repeat itself - only fools repeat history, because they never learn anything from it. “…when you look at them (African artistes), their music is not freeing Africa. Your music needs to free Africa. If I’m all the way in Jamaica and my people fight to free your continent with WORD, SOUND and POWER, and you have the ability now, and all you’re singing is ‘that’? You need to sing a song to free Africa now? You want the money? Go get it! But what’s going to be said about you later on, and your posterity?”-Buju Banton

Regime operatives disguise themselves and commit heinous crimes against us, convinced that the world will simply move on and forget them. Take, for instance, this thug DRAKESON MUHIMBURA, a military officer. Under police and military protection, Muhimbura led the gang that savagely attacked and grievously wounded us during our presidential campaign in Gulu last year. He thought his identity would remain a mystery forever only for one of his fellow thugs to casually blow his cover! Muhimbura is now desperately begging for the post to be deleted! Since social media has become our public archive, let us keep these images here, too. When the time is right, THESE ARE THE CRIMINALS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

Video showing Electoral Commission officials ticking all ballot papers in favor of Museveni at a polling station in western Uganda. This is what Museveni and his criminal system call an election! We campaigned. We voted. We tried to protect our vote but the criminals arrested or abducted many of our agents and officials. The only recourse is for the PEOPLE OF UGANDA to reclaim their voice. That is why we called this a PROTEST VOTE. Please keep those videos coming in - and all other evidence of the theft that took place on the 15th. #FreeUgandaNow

Despite the ongoing unjustified manhunt by the criminal regime, I am grateful to the common people who I meet daily for trying to shield me and keep me safe. Yesterday as I travelled to Gomba District to pay a visit to our home and check on my relatives, I passed by many roadblocks mounted on different roads. The inconvenience on road users is terrible. I advise the regime to stop looking for me - I will resurface at an appropriate time. The best they would do is to peacefully relinquish power and let the people of Uganda decide their own destiny. Short of that, they will face the inevitable fate of all despots before them. #FreeUgandaNow

Fellow Ugandans and friends of Uganda! Two months ago, Museveni yet again usurped the will of the people of Uganda and declared himself president on gunpoint. A day later, gripped by shame and fear, the military invaded my home to harm me, but I was able to evade them and go into hiding. Over the past two months, the regime has looked for me everywhere. They have raided the homes of many colleagues and fellow leaders, mounted roadblocks and spot checks of vehicles and motorcycles, arrested and dismissed the police officers assigned to my campaign, raided our home in the village, and kept my home under siege. Well, they couldn't find me because the people of Uganda sheltered me and protected me. Today, I am announcing my brief exit from the country to handle important work. Over the next few weeks, I will engage with our friends and allies all over the world before returning to Uganda to continue the push for freedom and democracy! For now, let's remain focused and united. #FreeUgandaNow

Amidst endless diversions by the regime to deflect citizens' attention from the recent electoral fraud and Uganda's deepening moral and institutional collapse, these words by retiring Judge His Lordship Stephen Egonda-Ntende at his farewell sitting yesterday could not have come at a better time. The Judge urged the judiciary to search deeply within itself for a soul. He boldly condemned the injustice and cruelty of continuing to jail comrade Waiswa Mufumbiro without bail beyond the constitutional limit, moreover on a minor offence, to the extent of denying him the chance to accompany his children to bury their mother, his wife, the late Edith Katende. Indeed, as the good Judge suggested, no Ugandan should ever be treated like this again by their own country!
