A proud moment for Odisha in Swachh Survekshan Awards 2024-25. Odisha’s commitment to urban cleanliness continues to earn national recognition. MUNICIPALITY ASKA has received the Swachh Sehar Award in the 50,000–20,000 population category, while NAC Chikiti has also received the Swachh Sehar Award in the less than 20,000 population category — both awarded by the Hon’ble President of India. BMC was recognised as the Promising Swachh Shehar of Odisha by the Hon’ble Minister, Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India.
