The Punjabi movie #Mastaney is a very commendable effort. The research and the hard work speaks for itself, from sets to paraphernalia. Based on the persecution of Sikhs by Zakariya Khan during 18th century, it aptly captures the indomitable spirit of Sikhs, Ardas and their battle cry. Though losing pace at times, this movie is a must see for it’s grand canvas and the portrayal. #ਮਸਤਾਨੇ ਫਿਲਮ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਿਨੇਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਤੇ ਦਸ਼ਾ ਦਿਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਇੱਕੋ ਹੱਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਤਰਸੇਮ ਜੱਸੜ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਿਨੇਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਬੁਲੰਦੀ ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਇਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਕਈ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਉਡੀਕ ਸੀ।
