That’s tragic Asim veer, esp for a family of an honest IAS officer. Whilst the victims of 1984 are still fighting it out in the courts, nearly all those who did 'atrocities' and 'killings' in Punjab were killed in 90s only, along with many uninvolved innocents, their families and activists. Rest, killings of innocents can never be defended, irrespective of religion.
