Congratulations Oil India Limited ! An ocean of energy opportunities reinforced in the Andaman Sea! Very happy to report the presence of natural gas in Sri Vijayapuram-3 an exploratory well drilled by Oil India Ltd. 15 km off the east coast of the Andaman Islands at a water depth of 355 meters. Initial production testing of the well at the depth of 1900 plus meters in the Eocene formation has established the presence of natural gas through continuous flaring. Oil India is carrying out gas sampling to assess the composition & calorific value of gas and to carry out isotope studies to understand the genesis of the gas. Under the Samudra Manthan Mission (National Deep Water Exploration Mission) announced by Hon’ble PM Narendra Modi Ji on Independence Day 2025, large number of deepwater & Ultra deepwater exploration wells are planned in our offshore basins to fully exploit our hydrocarbon reserves. Presence of hydrocarbon is now reported in 2(Two) wells out of 3 (Three) exploratory wells drilled by OIL in current exploratory campaign off Andaman Basin. This presence of natural gas will help us in taking forward our exploration ambitions in coordination with global deepwater exploration experts like Petrobras, TotalEnergies, bp India, Shell, ExxonMobil and will be a significant milestone in our journey through Amrit Kaal! A Mystic and a Yogi pays obeisance to the Holy Jore Sahib “Charan Suhava” of Dasam Pita Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj and Khalsa Mata Sahib Kaur Ji at Takhat Sri Harmandir Ji, Patna Sahib. I feel blessed that not only the Sikh Sangat but all people of faith and spiritual attainment like the Sadhguru are drawn to the divinity and power of the holy relics which our ancestors, who were in the seva of Dasam Pita, were bestowed with more than 300 years ago. On behalf of my family, I was blessed to hand over the holy relics to Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee which dedicated a permanent home for Jore Sahib at Takhat Sri Harmandir Ji, Patna Sahib. PM Sh Narendra Modi Ji, who has immense affection and respect for the Sikh faith and Sangat, paid his obeisance to the holy relics in November 2025 shortly after they were placed at the historic Gurdwara Sahib. Just like the teachings of our Guru Sahibs, the blessed relics have such divine magnetism that they bring humanity, faiths and cultures together.

The holy Jore Sahib “Charan Suhawa” of the founder of Khalsa Panth, Dasam Pita Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj and his wife Mata Sahib Kaur Ji have been with our family for more than 300 years. Today, I feel humbled that my family will hand over the custody of the holy relics to Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee. A special Kirtan Samagam will be held at Gurdwara Moti Bagh today, October 22, 2025 where the devotees will be able to have a darshan of the holy Jore Sahib. The holy Jore Sahib will then be taken in Guru Charan Yatra and will be permanently placed at the birthplace of Dasam Pita in Takht Sri Patna Sahib where the devout will be able to pay their obedience and perform Darshan. The Guru Charan Yatra will begin on October 23 from Gurdwara Moti Bagh and reach Faridabad by night. On October 24, it will travel from Faridabad to Agra; on the 25th to Bareilly; on the 26th to Mahangapur; on the 27th to Lucknow; on the 28th to Kanpur; on the 29th to Prayagraj; on the 30th it will proceed through Varanasi to Sasaram; on the 31st, it will reach Gurdwara Guru Ka Bagh, Patna Sahib; and on the morning of November 1, it will arrive at Takht Sri Patna Sahib, marking the conclusion of the Yatra.

E85 ईंधन आ गया.......अब E20 अनुकूल गाड़ियों का क्या होगा? E20 और E85 दो अलग-अलग श्रेणियों के ईंधन हैं, जो अलग-अलग प्रकार के वाहनों के लिए बनाए गए हैं। E85 के आने का मतलब यह बिल्कुल नहीं है कि E20 या पेट्रोल वाहन बंद हो जाएंगे। E85 ईंधन सिर्फ और सिर्फ फ्लेक्स फ्यूल वाहन के लिए है, सामान्य E20 अनुकूल वाहन के लिए नहीं। ब्राज़ील में दशकों से E85 ईंधन का इस्तेमाल हो रहा है। फ्लेक्स फ्यूल वाले वाहन के इंजन E20 से लेकर E100 तक के विभिन्न इथेनॉल-पेट्रोल मिश्रणों पर चल सकते हैं। यह किसानों की आय बढ़ाने, कच्चे तेल के आयात पर निर्भरता कम करने के साथ-साथ देश की ऊर्जा सुरक्षा को भी मजबूत करेगा। यह भारत के स्वच्छ और आत्मनिर्भर भविष्य की ओर निरंतर बढ़ते कदम को दर्शाता है। #E85

Russia is one of the largest crude producers with over 9 million barrels/day. Imagine the chaos if this oil, amounting to about 10% of the global oil supply of around 97 million, vanished from the market. It would have forced the world to reduce its consumption, and since the consumers would be chasing the reduced supplies, the prices would’ve spiralled to over $120-130. Russian oil was never under global sanctions. Sensible decision makers around the world were aware of the realities of global oil supply chains and how India was only helping the global markets by buying discounted oil under a price cap from wherever we could. Some commentators who do not have an understanding of the dynamics of energy markets pass unnecessary judgements on our policies. India, under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi Ji, has been a net positive contributor to global energy price stability, while at the same time we successfully navigated the trilemma of energy availability, affordability and sustainability. An ocean of energy opportunities opens up in the Andaman Sea! Very happy to report the occurrence of natural gas in Sri Vijayapuram 2 well at a distance of 9.20 NM (17 km) from the shoreline on the east coast of the Andaman Islands at a water depth of 295 meters and target depth of 2650 meters. Initial production testing of the well in the range of 2212 – 2250 meters has established the presence of natural gas with intermittent flaring. The gas samples were brought by ship to Kakinada, were tested and found to be 87% methane. The size of the gas pool and commercial viability of the discovery will get verified in the coming months but establishing the presence of hydrocarbons in the Andaman basin is a major step in confirming our long held belief that Andaman basin is rich in natural gas, in line with discoveries in the entire area from Myanmar in North to Indonesia in the south in this belt. Under the deepwater mission announced by Hon’ble PM Narendra Modi Ji on Independence Day, large number of deepwater exploration wells are planned in our offshore basins in order to find new discoveries and fully exploit our hydrocarbon reserves. देश में किसी भी पेट्रोलियम उत्पाद की कमी नहीं... भारत के पास 60 दिनों का कच्चा तेल, 60 दिनों की LNG और 45 दिनों का एलपीजी भंडार उपलब्ध है। पश्चिम एशिया में तनाव के बीच निर्बाध आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए भारत ने अपने दैनिक एलपीजी उत्पादन में अभूतपूर्व वृद्धि (35,000 टन से बढ़ाकर 54,000 टन) की है। इस दौरान कई सारे देशों में तेल के दाम व उपलब्धता को लेकर उतार-चढ़ाव आए लेकिन भारत में कोई असर नहीं पड़ा। कुछ लोगों ने कालाबाजारी की, अफवाह फैलाने की पूरी कोशिश की, पर PM Narendra Modi जी के मार्गदर्शन में हमारे प्रयासों से देश में पेट्रोल, डीजल और एलपीजी की कहीं कोई कमी नई आई। #CIIAnnualBusinessSummit26 #CII4India
