Pleasure Island was a special part of Walt Disney World where adults could enjoy nightclubs and shows. It opened in 1989 and had many themed clubs for dancing and music. Over the years, it changed and eventually closed in 2008. Disney then turned the area into part of Disney Springs, focusing more on shops and restaurants.
