How can someone go from having a belly they can easily grab and shake to having a six-pack with no obvious loose skin? Losing that much belly fat and developing such a defined midsection without visible signs of the previous belly is something I find difficult to understand.

Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler once stood on the Mr. Olympia stage as competitors. In 2024, they stood together again, but this time Ronnie was there to help Jay move around. Life changes, but respect and friendship can last long after the competition ends.

1978 vs. 2025: The biggest difference isn't the exercise itself, but how it's performed. Raw strength matters, but proper technique and control can make all the difference.

This is more than a room full of bodybuilders. It’s decades of bodybuilding history walking through the same hall. Seeing so many iconic physiques together in one place is a rare moment for the sport.

One look at MARKUS RÜHL from the front tells you a lot about his physique. The combination of shoulder width and upper-body thickness gave him proportions that were instantly recognizable.

Nick “The Mutant” Walker was never built to fit the classic mold. His extreme size, density, and muscularity gave him an identity of his own. Rather than hide what made him different, he embraced it and made “The Mutant” unforgettable.

Kevin Levrone came closer than most to taking down Dorian Yates at the 1995 Mr. Olympia. That battle showed just how competitive his physique was at his peak, with the size, shape and muscularity to challenge one of the best bodybuilders of that era.

This is what disappearing for a while and coming back can look like. The change shows how different someone can look when they really commit to building muscle.

One pose, and the whole frame changes. The definition becomes much more visible when he flexes. You can see the separation across his shoulders, chest, arms, and midsection, bringing out the detail in his overall build.

This really shows the difference between having visible abs and actually having a well-conditioned core. The first guy couldn't make it to 10, while the second one stayed solid until the final count. Core strength is more than just how your abs look.

A dumbbell without actually being a dumbbell. The way he’s gripping that plate attachment gives him a completely different setup to work with, but he’s still using it for the same kind of lifting pattern. Simple idea, different equipment.

He moves heavy weights with explosive power, but his physique doesn’t look as muscular as you might expect from someone that strong. It shows that lifting heavy weights and building visible muscle size don’t always go hand in hand.

Only 20 years old with strength that looks unreal. He strapped 375kg to his waist, lifted himself up, and his fingers have enough force to break things apart. I honestly wonder what his strength will look like when he reaches his 30s.

A physique can look impressive from the front, but the back reveals another side of muscle development. Balanced proportions matter because bodybuilding is about developing the entire body, not just the muscles people notice first.

Heavy weight, but Ronnie Coleman never makes the rep look rushed. From the way he lowers the bar to the moment he drives it back up, every part of the movement stays deliberate and controlled.

People see the physique when he steps on stage. They don’t see the years of training, strict eating, recovery and discipline behind it. The muscles are what everyone notices, but the real achievement is the consistency it took to build all of this.
