You will never do a task and be like: “damn, wish I was weaker” Strength specialists - this niche barely exists in any meaningful sense, like they are the ones that think you need to train near failure all the time but also refuse to use the barbell which is the only objective strength measure… then they think they are hypertrophy experts and really just learned about the effective reps model and thought it was the holy bible or Quran Want a good coach? My goal is to beat this before entering a strength block—this was at my peak 2 years ago. Getting close With my back injury it’s a little harder. I have a few challenges -the walkout is harder -the decent is less speedy or at least less confident -I feel like I can’t be violent out the hole and it’s more of a gentle glide 😂 All of this is good, if I beat this injured then when I get healthy things will be butter If my back refuses to heal I will strategically increase back volume until I grow enough muscle that it doesn’t matter.
