ನನಗೆ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 2026ರಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಿ, ಕಬ್ಬಿನ ಎಫ್‌ಆರ್‌ಪಿ (FRP) ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ವಿನಂತಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ Narendra Modi ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಎಫ್‌ಆರ್‌ಪಿಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಮೇ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದನ್ನು ₹365 ಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವನ್ನು ಬೆಲೆ ನಿಗದಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಕಬ್ಬು ಆಯುಕ್ತರ (Cane Commissioner) ವರದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಫಾರಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಮೇ ತಿಂಗಳ ನಂತರ ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಲು ನನಗೆ ರೈತ ಬಾಂಧವರಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿನಂತಿ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ, ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ರೈತರ ವಿನಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಮನ್ನಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಭಾವನೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ವಿನಮ್ರವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟನೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾ, ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷದಂತೆ ಈ ಬಾರಿಯೂ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಬೆಲೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ರೈತ ಮುಖಂಡರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರಿಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತ ಆಹ್ವಾನವನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಅವರು ನವದೆಹಲಿಗೆ ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಗೌರವದಿಂದ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿ, ಸಂಬಂಧಿತರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಲಿಸಿ ರೈತರ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮೋದಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸದಾ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ. ರೈತರ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಆದ್ಯತೆ. ಕಬ್ಬು ಬೆಳೆಗಾರರ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿ ಕಾಯ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಲವು ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಂದಿವೆ. ಇದೀಗ ಕಬ್ಬು ಬೆಳೆಗಾರರಲ್ಲಿ ಉಂಟಾಗಿರುವ ಗೊಂದಲ, ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಇನ್ನಿತರ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಷಯ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಸುದೀರ್ಘವಾಗಿ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಗೌರವಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ತಮ್ಮ ಅಹವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ವಿನರ್ಮಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಕೇಳುತ್ತೇವೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. #farmersfirst #Sugarcanefarmers

It’s high time that LoP understands the rules of the house. Parliament is not a stage for baseless narratives or unverified claims. Every word spoken here carries constitutional weight and must be backed by facts, records and accountability. Mr. Rahul Gandhi, if you wish to level any charge, place proper documents on the table of the House. Submit authenticated records. Sign your claims and take full responsibility for every word you utter. Assertions do not become truth merely by repetition. Rahul must respect the Chair, irrespective of the political party the person occupying the Chair belongs to. Calling the Chair ex-Congress person is a direct attack on it. Rahul has been habitual in insulting the members of the House with reckless, unsubstantiated allegations. The dignity of Parliament will not be compromised to accommodate political theatrics.
