The NDP calls us extreme? Let's be clear about who is truly extreme. David Eby and the NDP have pushed a radical ideological agenda that is failing British Columbians. Their soft-on-crime approach has led to out-of-control extortion and violence in our communities. Their failed safe supply experiment has worsened the addiction crisis rather than solving it. Parents must have the final say over their own children. Period. A 13-year-old does not have the capacity to understand the permanent damage they are doing to their bodies for the rest of their adult life. Yet under current law in British Columbia, that child can be placed on testosterone and sterilized without their parents’ consent or even their knowledge. I have heard heartbreaking stories from families in this province, including a father who was powerless to stop his 13-year-old daughter from undergoing irreversible medical transition. The doctor and the system told him he could only be a “friend and adviser,” while his daughter was sterilized. This is wrong. Schools must not secretly change a child’s name or identity behind parents’ backs. Medical decisions of this magnitude must never be made without parents at the table. As Premier, I will introduce strong parental rights legislation so that no 13-year-old is left to make life-altering decisions they cannot possibly understand, and no parent is ever silenced again. In the late 1990s, as a young widow with small children, I bought a leasehold property on Musqueam land in South Vancouver. It had been a peaceful neighbourhood for 24 years. Then the federal government changed the taxing authority to the Musqueam First Nation without any consultation. Suddenly we were paying our property taxes with no right of representation. The BC government then changed the Assessment Act, dramatically increasing our taxes. When we reached a renegotiation point on the annual lease payment, we made a fair offer. The Musqueam First Nation demanded a massive increase. When we could not agree, they sued all the families in the neighbourhood. As a lawyer, I helped lead our legal team through an intense and costly battle that went all the way to the BC Supreme Court, the BC Court of Appeal, and finally the Supreme Court of Canada. British Columbians, If a government feels it can only move forward by censoring its own citizens, we have a huge problem. I believe we have a huge problem here in Canada, and it is showing up clearly in British Columbia. When governments shut down opposition through legislation instead of engaging in open debate, that is coercion. It replaces principled, accountable negotiations with force. Progress on complex issues should come through economic partnerships and respectful dialogue that benefits all British Columbians, not by silencing those who disagree. As Leader of the Conservative Party of British Columbia, I will take this issue directly to the people. We will fight it with clarity and focus. I was born and raised here, and I have raised my own family in this province. I will not stand by while governments treat citizens as obstacles rather than partners. We can do better. Parents of British Columbia it’s time to fight back! SOGI 123 is NOT education, it’s radical gender ideology pushed into our classrooms. It tells our kids their bodies are “assigned,” gender is whatever they feel, and confuses them with sexual topics far too young, ALL without telling parents. This is stripping us of our rights as stake holders of our children's future and putting the most vulnerable at real risk of irreversible harm. The secrecy and indoctrination stops now. We need to get back to basics. We need to get back to math, science, and the stuff that actually matters and I will repeal SOGI! Join the fight. Protect our kids.

DRIPA is the number one issue on people’s minds right across British Columbia. This BC Supreme Court decision in Richmond affects every single property owner in our province. The lack of clear language has created massive uncertainty about what “Aboriginal governance” actually means and what future deals will look like. I am the only candidate on that stage with real, hands-on experience in Aboriginal land issues. I was part of the legal team that took the Musqueam case all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada. I’ve lived it. I’ve litigated it. I’ve negotiated these issues in Kelowna, the Shuswap, and across the province. Right now, both the provincial and federal governments have abandoned the field and are failing to stand up for the 95% of British Columbians who are non-Indigenous. That has to change. British Columbia was the last jurisdiction in Canada, almost the entire world, to lift the healthcare worker mandate. Dr. Bonnie Henry had far too much power. Politicians were persuaded by the WHO, global entities, local health authorities, and Big Pharma without the evidence we should demand on medical matters. I would never have made it a mandated reaction. Doctors were under tremendous pressure. Some closed their practices because they would not force it on their patients. I saw the Freedom Convoy off at the Delta truck stop on that foggy morning. I stayed in Ottawa for three weeks to bear witness, because the mainstream media was not showing what was really happening. What had been a peaceful neighbourhood changed dramatically when taxes tripled and the Musqueam First Nation sued 150 families, including mine, over a dispute about the annual lease payments. We made a fair offer. They refused to meet with us and took us to court instead. As a lawyer, I led our legal team all the way to the BC Supreme Court, the BC Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. We won for the leaseholders. We must respect history, but 95 percent of British Columbians cannot be left out in the cold simply because of one court decision from Richmond. This issue affects the entire province. Floor crossing should trigger an immediate by-election, whether federal or provincial. When an elected official switches parties, they betray the voters and volunteers who elected them under a specific banner. The public trust placed in them does not automatically transfer to a new party. If a member is so moved to join another side, they should resign and go back to the people to seek a fresh mandate. 🚨 The fear over aboriginal land claims and governance is real. No one else running for Leader of the Conservative Party of B.C. knows this issue and its consequences like I do. This is not an an academic exercise. Years ago, when I was a young Mom with little kids, the Musqueam First Nation sued me and my homeowner neighbours over a leasehold land dispute, that ended up costing us $1.5m in legal and expert fees. We lost all equity in our homes due to the excessive demands from Musqueam FN. We couldn’t raise a mortgage or re-finance because appraisers could no longer certify any market value. But I refused to stay silent. As a lawyer I stepped up, fought back, and was part of the litigation team that opposed Musqueam FN all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada, and we won. Today, after the Cowichan decision and the latest Musqueam FN deals with Ottawa and YVR, hundreds of thousands of British Columbians are angry and terrified: Can I renew my mortgage? Can I sell my home? Is my property even mine anymore? The NDP and Liberals keep saying “everything’s fine.” But it’s just not true. Your property rights are NOT safe under the current NDP-DRIPA chaos aided by the Federal Government. I know this is the truth because it’s already happened to me. With a new BC Conservative Government under my leadership, I will fight for your home and your property rights and I will stop the extremism. As Premier I will protect every BC family home and stop the handing off of our assets. Any deal that affects all British Columbians must be fair to all British Columbians.
