Leaning up little by little. 126.7 lbs today, the lowest I’ve been in years. I hit 40 in a week from today and I wanted to come in the best shape of life…and it’s working. Not many 40+ humans, let alone women in good shape these days. We’re a dying breed. #trendingreels #fit

Some upper body work 💪🏽 Exercise 1) One arm cable row. Exercise 2) Ground base jammer 🥵. Exercise 3) Machine shoulder/deltoid lateral raises. Exercise 4) 2 version lat pull-down. . There were a ton more exercises but I don’t record every single one 😊 #workout #fitgirls #gym

Different location, different equipment. Never tried this squat apparatus. It was much, much harder than expected, but I enjoyed it. Keep your body guessing by doing new and somewhat different #exercises 💯 I worked legs, obviously…but focused more on glute work 🍑 #squats #fit

More glute work. Haven’t done these “step-ups” in years! Stay leaning forward and push thru heels to target those 🍑 On to the romanian deadlift. Notice how the bar never touches the floor? Keeping constant tension throughout my glutes and hamstrings. #fitness #workout
