Haven’t had a chest day in ages it seems. Still got up some pretty decent weight considering. Actually came in for shoulders and triceps but decided to throw in some chest, why not 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m 39 in a month and wanna be in the best shape of my life this year! 💪🏽 Let’s go!!

Back, some rear delts, a few ab #exercises, finish off with 30-45 minutes of cardio 🏃🏻‍♀️ Been adding cardio to end every #workout lately. I don’t like it, but it’s necessary to stay in shape these days 😩 “Do what you hate to do, but do it like you love it” 💯 #fitness
