This judge looked at these videos & somehow concluded that this woman wasn’t drunk & there wasn’t enough evidence to suggest she was. How many police officers & firemen do you need to hear say that she was drunk? How many more vehicles did she have to hit? Two vehicles hit, an open bottle within reach & refusal to cooperate with law enforcement wasn’t enough. On the way to the hospital she repeatedly asked the officer who accompanied her in the ambulance “Is your penis that small?”. This is an elected official who wasn’t drunk? If she wasn’t drunk then she mentally incapable of performing her job which is to assess tax values of property in Cook County based off her actions & statements.
