I've gone ahead and done a video explaining that yes, the shooter had the rifle in his hands as he fled off the roof & left the scene. Hopefully this makes it easy for some of you who are visual learners. Disclaimer: I am not a forensic analysist, I'm an idiot with Adobe Premiere Pro who can download videos. No editing or AI enhancement was done other than to add commentary, captions, zoom, trim & repeat segments. If you repost this vid, please at least give me credit.
