What are the odds of coming from a place like this and still making it in life? I’ve given millions of dollars to charity, but every time I leave a community like this, I realize that I still have so much more to do. Giving is important, but creating lasting change is even greater. Which is why I created a jobs in the state that impacted hundreds of people lives on a daily basis. Seeing the reality that so many people face reminds me that my purpose goes beyond personal success. I have a responsibility to do more, reach more people, create more opportunities, and make a greater impact on the lives of others. Success means more when you use it to help someone else rise.
