Today’s conversation with Chips. This sound always seems to come in 3s with a gap in between. He did this for ages just now after having some late breakfast and kiss and mutual groom with Gravy! 😆 #ravens

Chatty Chips! An ultra close up from the front of him doing his clacking. You can see him knocking his beak together quite well I think.

1000s of Pinkies flying in this morn. People who know me, know that have suffered from anxiety &amp;depression since childhood. I am the best I have ever been and it is due to walking with nature and sharing it with you all and your lovely interactions. I am no wordsmith but thanks🥰

Some bonding time for Chips and Gravy today in between feeding duties! First time I have seen them spend lots of time doing this since they started nesting. So love their little chortles to one another

Today is the 2 year anniversary of when I met the Ravens. They just checked me out from a distance then! Here is some of my fav footage:them courting, feeding each other, barrel rolling, some of their vocalisations. They are the most amazing birds and I am so lucky to have them!

Just when I thought the Ravens couldn’t get any better they prove me wrong! Sat with them for 10 mins this morn &amp; after they had their suet they decided to relax &amp; groom, then they did this. This clacking of the beak is what Chips often does at me! They are so adorable 🥰 #Ravens

I am freezing cold but Chips thinks it is the perfect weather for a roll in the snow!! #ravens

Despite being privileged that the Ravens choose to spend a small part of their day with me, I realise that lots of their behaviour is a mystery to me! Today they suddenly both called &amp; flew off into the distance, then they came separately each doing different vocalisations.

I know I am biased but Ravens have to be one of the most stunning and expressive of birds. Maybe that is why they occur so much in literature and mythology

Think that my experience with the Ravens today shows that there is an element of companionship in our relationship. They’ve followed me on my walk often ignoring food, hoping behind me &amp; when I sit they relax, groom together &amp; talk to me. I am never going to get home! #ravens

I think we can safely say that the Ravens are breeding 😁 I was just sat quietly with them when they started grooming and then they did this. A bit of a long video and I cut off the bit where they mated as I wasn’t sure about posting it!

Today’s Raven news! They came&amp; found me 3 times on my walk. Mainly they follow me flying but I love how sometimes they follow me as I walk hoping along. There is something adorable about a Raven’s walk ☺️ They had a little mutual groom today but spent a lot of time caching food.

I am truly blessed! Just now I sat on the water trough &amp; scattered some suet &amp; sat &amp; relaxed. Couldn’t believe it when both Ravens jumped on the trough with me &amp; had a drink! Then Chips fed Gravy just a few feet away from me. Has to be one of the best experiences of my life 😊

The Ravens were extra affectionate towards one another today. My first attempt at an iMovie! It is so wonderful to watch their bonding behaviour. #ravens

Today’s Raven news 😁 They came to find me 3 times on my walk. I spent a lovely 1/2 hour sitting with them in the rain. Stupidly I worry about them in all this rain. Today they seemed to go almost asleep in it. I worried it wasn’t normal behaviour but then they started grooming!

I don’t think I could love my Ravens any more!! They are still sat with me as I write this. 💕 #ravens

Today’s Raven News:Chips didn’t come early. I was so happy after expecting not to see him in the fog,when he eventually came &amp; sat on the fence with me! Sometimes when I am sat with him I get this tremendous sense of how lucky I am that he shares a tiny part of his life with me🥰

Snow baths for both Ravens today. I’m sure if I watched other birds as closely I’d see how they all have amazing characters, but Ravens do seem special! I wonder, if more people saw what fun, affectionate characters birds are they would care more about them and their habitats.
