WHY IS BIRDS OF PREY THE PERFECT PRE-WORKOUT ANYTIME? Because it gives you the focus, performance, and intensity you want without locking you into a fixed dose of caffeine. Training late at night? Take it on its own for caffeine-free energy. Training early and want to turn things up? Add your preferred amount of caffeine for a supercharged pre-workout experience. Most pre-workouts decide your caffeine dose for you. BIRDS OF PREY puts you in control. Caffeine-free when you need it. Fully loaded when you want it. Any workout. Any time. Your caffeine. Your choice.

goBHB is something your body naturally makes, and I believe it’s the most underrated compound for energy, muscle preservation, cognition, performance and healthy aging. -Brain fuel -Clean, non-stimulant energy -Focus and cognition -Performance and recovery support And this has NOTHING to do with being keto. goBHB® gives you BHB directly, without needing to fast or follow a ketogenic diet to produce it. I take it every day and it has dramatically improved my life. goBHB isn’t a diet or a supplement that can’t back its claims. It’s a metabolite your body knows exactly what to do with.

Barbell bench press is the universal test of upper body strength. I’ll argue that controlling dumbbells, the equivalent of a full 150lb human in each hand, that’s the true test. I try to do this every few weeks to see where I’m at, and getting 7 reps is okay with me! Katie was being nice trying to prevent me from dying, but I knew I had that rep so I politely declined the spot. Watch til the end for the real feat of strength!

SCOOP SIZE MATTERS. Especially when one scoop is carrying this much: -5g goBHB® for smooth, sustained energy -8g L-Citrulline to support pumps and blood flow -5g Pürest Creatine™ for strength and performance -HydroPrime® for hydration and endurance -Plus betaine, Setria® Glutathione, and AstraGin® Birds of Prey is a fully loaded, stimulant-free pre-workout built for performance without the caffeine, jitters, or crash. All the energy. None of the caffeine. Available in Watermelon Lemonade and Strawberry Lemonade. Which flavor are you grabbing? 🦅

Creatine is creatine, right? WRONG. The creatine molecule might be the same. The PURITY of what you’re putting in your body isn’t. That’s exactly why we use Pürest Creatine. Pürest has been independently third-party tested at 99.998% purity. But what impresses me even more is what ISN’T in it. The manufacturing process is designed to achieve extremely low levels of impurities like DCD, DHT and creatinine. In fact, when Pürest was sent out for independent testing, the standard testing procedure itself was creating creatinine during sample preparation. NNB and Eurofins had to work on a corrected analytical method to accurately test an ingredient this clean. Think about that. I’ve taken creatine for decades. I take it EVERY SINGLE DAY. So I don’t just care that the label says “creatine monohydrate.” I care about what else came along for the ride. Pürest Creatine is simple: 5 grams of Pürest Creatine™. No fillers. No flavors. No bs. Just an insanely pure creatine monohydrate that we can actually back up with testing. Could you buy cheaper creatine? Maybe. But when I’m putting something into my body 365 days a year, saving a few bucks isn’t my priority. PURITY IS. That’s why it’s called Pürest. And that’s why I use it. Don’t just ask how much creatine is in your creatine. Ask what else is in there.

Everybody wants bigger arms, a bigger chest and stronger legs. But none of that matters if you’re not taking care of the most important muscle in your body - your heart. That’s why I take Cleanform Nutrition Pure Blood every single day. Supporting heart health isn’t something you wait to care about when there’s a problem. It needs to be part of your routine right now. Train hard. Eat right. Take care of your heart. Pure Blood. Everyday.

36% LESS artery plaque. That's what researchers reported after one year using 10,800 FU/day of nattokinase in over 1,000 participants. Too good to be true? I break down the entire study, the strengths, the weaknesses, and whether this changes how we should look at nattokinase. 👇

Apparently this is happening in the real world in real gyms. Where have we gone wrong as a society?

goBHB IS NOT JUST ENERGY. We’ve talked about goBHB for performance, cognition and metabolic health. Now researchers are looking at something most folks never expected: KIDNEY HEALTH. A new 2026 review actually describes BHB as a potential “renoprotective hormone” in polycystic kidney disease. Mitochondria. Inflammation. Oxidative stress. Cellular signaling. Kidney metabolism. The science on BHB keeps getting bigger. Watch this. 👇

I have a no alcohol household. I have a contract with my kids - they cannot drink alcohol at all. If you get caught, you lose privileges. Those privileges can include college, car, and other things I work to provide for them. Not because I am some anti-alcohol zealot, but because preventing alcohol prevents life-destroying mistakes. Do you agree?

Total hip replacement 6 weeks ago. Keep feeding me challenges, I’m hungry.

150s are the test. Unrack them, sit down on my own, lay back and press until I can’t press anymore. I was decently tired Saturday, didn’t feel my best, but still banged out 8 of them. There is a popular movement where people are forsaking free weight movements for machines, and I am down with that, but there is something about grabbing the equivalent of a normal sized human in each hand and repping it on bench that makes it worth doing. I am gassed after this top set as much as I am after legs! Machines are great, but the primal nature of these makes them a staple. Preworkout was Birds of Prey, intra was hydroglyph and some added goBHB.

GOT CLEARED TO TRAIN HARD YESTERDAY - 6 weeks post total hip replacement. Started with bodyweight and worked up to 100 - I feel 25 again! The first rep I believe I had a seizure at the top, but my nervous system was probably like “WTF!?” I haven’t done these in over a year due to my hip issues and they are my favorite lift. I will be posting other movements from this workout, but I am so excited to have this new lease on movement - and movement is LIFE! Yeah buddy!

Reverse hypers aren’t a “maybe” for me, they’re a staple. I do them almost every time I train. And the machine is always open - I have never seen anyone else use it at the gym - a freaking travesty. Louie Simmons created the reverse hyper because his back was wrecked and he needed a way to decompress the spine while strengthening the posterior chain. It works because it does both at the same time. You’re training glutes, hamstrings, and low back while tractioning the spine every rep. That’s rare. And yes, I use momentum on purpose. Controlled momentum increases blood flow, pumps nutrients into the low back, and creates that decompressive effect Louie designed it for. This isn’t a slow grind lift. It’s about rhythm, traction, and restoring your back while making it stronger. If your lower back hurts, feels tight, or limits your training, reverse hypers aren’t optional. They’re insurance. Credit where it’s due, Louie Simmons changed back training forever.

I’m anti-tripod and usually train before dawn, but yesterday my daughter is in town and it was Sunday so she filmed a set to prove I still lift. I appreciate the kind commentary 😂 This Arsenal row is known in the pro bodybuilding community as “The Humbler”. Countless times I have seen bros pop a 45 on each side and not be able to lift it off the rack. Keys to this lift are get a full stretch and not bend back like you’re doing the limbo. Quite possibly the best back machine ever created.

Halle Berry is on TRT. Let that sink in. The same people who scream “TRT is dangerous” are the ones who praise celebrities for looking ageless—without realizing hormone optimization is often part of the equation. TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) isn’t about becoming a bodybuilder. It’s about restoring what your body used to produce. As we age, natural hormone levels drop, which can lead to fatigue, low libido, brain fog, muscle loss, and more. TRT helps bring those levels back to normal—not superhuman. It’s monitored, it’s medically supervised, and when done right, it’s safer than living with hormone deficiencies. So no, it’s not cheating. It’s not “unhealthy.” It’s taking control of your health—just like Halle did. Let’s stop demonizing smart decisions.
