Let’s have a quick anatomy lesson because some of y’all have very strong opinions about bodies you have never actually touched. 😂 Muscle feels hard when it is flexed. When it is relaxed, a muscular body generally feels firm, supported, and very much like a body. Whatever you feel when you touch your own relaxed physique is probably closer to what you would feel touching mine than the concrete statue you have imagined. One gentleman described me perfectly: very muscular without feeling manly, extremely feminine, and super sexy. Precisely. O. M. G. I was just in the house listening to my house music, minding my business, and then I peeped my curves! 👀🤭 Powerlifting has given me a serious hourglass shape, and I had no idea all of this was coming along like THAT! ⏳🍑 I love that for me! I can’t wait to put on some sexy dresses and heels and show off my curves. How delightful! Having the type of body that’s certainly not AI, and CGI is not needed at all. 😂 That's some bad b**** s*** right there. I’m definitely going to hurt a couple of people’s feelings real bad. I am knocking off this dust! It has been about thirteen weeks since I pulled anything heavy straight off the ground. My right biceps tendon is still recovering from an injury, but 535 pounds felt pretty good today! 💪🏾🔥 Today was about restoring specificity and allowing my body to become reacquainted with pulling heavy weight from the floor. It felt great to perform the movement again. I have the next three weeks to establish my bar path, sharpen my technique, and settle back into my groove. Yaaaay! I am so happy! 🥳 I do not like being injured, so I am grateful to be healing and looking forward to getting back to 100%.
