There’s a letter written by a third-grader in Massachusetts. She didn’t write it to her teacher or the principal. She addressed it to President Trump and First Lady Melania. Her name is Brooklyn Rivera. She’s nine years old. In careful, childlike handwriting she explained that a boy came into the girls’ bathroom, looked under her stall, and then pushed the door open. She was crying. The school told her family that boys are allowed in the girls’ bathroom. Now she feels scared to use it.

The ACLU just filed a 17-page amicus brief backing the New Richmond, WI school board’s motion to dismiss — asking a federal judge to throw the girls’ case out before anyone has to hear it. Same district whose secret “gender identity policy” blew up in February 2026, when parents found out it handed boys who identify as girls an all-access pass to girls’ private spaces — and the ability to compete as girls. The ACLU filed it on behalf of GSAFE, a Wisconsin LGBTQIA+ youth organization that works with the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction to promote gender ideology in classrooms. The brave Ella Frei has become the face of the Wisconsin movement to secure Title IX protections for actual girls — not males who “feel” like one.

This mom told the board she’s pulling her children out of school. Not because she hates anyone. But because the principal wouldn’t talk to her, and her kids are coming home asking about age-appropriate topics and they are being indoctrinated into a belief system that runs counter to her deeply held values. “I am frankly terrified to be standing here right now.” After thirty-five years of enrolling her kids in this system, she now feels terrified about speaking at the public school meeting in her children’s district in Wake County, North Carolina. Madison public schools didn’t just blur the line—they erased it! Teachers and students are being pulled into a May 1 shutdown, a “No Work, No School, No Shopping,” union strike. Yes, kids are going on a strike with Union teachers and activists! Teachers are openly calling for the country to mobilize against Trump, ICE, capitalism, and U.S. policy. That’s not education. That’s political conscription. Classrooms are becoming organizing hubs and students are becoming props. Parents send their kids to school to learn—not to be recruited into someone else’s movement.

Kansas is a wake-up call. The Department of Education found four Kansas school districts guilty of violating federal law by hiding information from parents and by enforcing discriminatory policies related to girls’ bathrooms, locker rooms, changing areas, and sports.
