The ACLU just filed a 17-page amicus brief backing the New Richmond, WI school board’s motion to dismiss — asking a federal judge to throw the girls’ case out before anyone has to hear it. Same district whose secret “gender identity policy” blew up in February 2026, when parents found out it handed boys who identify as girls an all-access pass to girls’ private spaces — and the ability to compete as girls. The ACLU filed it on behalf of GSAFE, a Wisconsin LGBTQIA+ youth organization that works with the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction to promote gender ideology in classrooms. The brave Ella Frei has become the face of the Wisconsin movement to secure Title IX protections for actual girls — not males who “feel” like one.

Madison public schools didn’t just blur the line—they erased it! Teachers and students are being pulled into a May 1 shutdown, a “No Work, No School, No Shopping,” union strike. Yes, kids are going on a strike with Union teachers and activists! Teachers are openly calling for the country to mobilize against Trump, ICE, capitalism, and U.S. policy. That’s not education. That’s political conscription. Classrooms are becoming organizing hubs and students are becoming props. Parents send their kids to school to learn—not to be recruited into someone else’s movement.

Kansas is a wake-up call. The Department of Education found four Kansas school districts guilty of violating federal law by hiding information from parents and by enforcing discriminatory policies related to girls’ bathrooms, locker rooms, changing areas, and sports.

A little girl in Kansas started first grade excited to learn. Instead she faced a choice no six year old should ever have to make — share a bathroom with a biological male, or be shamed by her own school administrators for saying no. Her parents complained. The school said no. They filed a federal Title IX complaint. The Department of Education investigated — and found the school in violation. The school still said no. So last week the Trump administration sent letters to four Kansas school districts — Kansas City, Olathe, Shawnee Mission, and Topeka. You have ten days. Comply with Title IX or lose every dollar of federal funding. These districts looked the federal government in the eye and chose a radical gender ideology policy over the safety and privacy of their little girls. Parents — this is what fighting back looks like. This is what happens when you refuse to be silent. You have more power than they want you to know. Use it.

“That’s a great answer to a question I didn’t ask!”🔥 Chairwoman Lisa McClain had the Loudoun County superintendent tied in knots today. He had to deflect time and again. But the always fiesty Rep. McClain kept bringing him right back to the facts: A biological female—pretending to be male—video records confused boys in a middle school locker room and the boys SHE was trolling received a harsher punishment.
