This scene genuinely gave me chills. It wasn’t even the explosion that captured me , it was how peaceful everything felt before it happened. Daisy, Eddie, Isaac, and Piper were just lying outside, enjoying a quiet moment together in the countryside. Everything felt warm, safe, and normal. Then that strange wind came through, followed by the white ash falling from the sky like snow. That moment immediately changed the entire atmosphere for me. It was beautiful to look at, but terrifying because you knew something was seriously wrong. And when Eddie told everyone to pack up and get back inside, the panic started to sink in. Then Isaac turned on the television and they heard the news about London. Watching them go from enjoying a peaceful afternoon to suddenly realizing that something catastrophic had happened made the danger feel incredibly real. I loved how the scene didn’t need to show the destruction directly. The ash, the silence, their reactions, and that horrifying news report were enough.
