‼️ SC/ST Act se problem kya hai? ‼️ Immediate arrest. No inquiry. No anticipatory bail. FIR = jail same day. Personal fight? Land dispute? Office fight? Just add caste name. Done. Case registered. You are criminal. 90% cases later collapse. But by then your job, reputation, family already finished. Complainant gets compensation even before court decides anything. You get handcuffs first. One community gets special law. Other side gets no protection if same abuse happens in reverse. This is not protection it’s clear cut loaded gun given to one side. That is the problem.
